9/16 x 5/16 inch oval satin finish 12kt gold filled miraculous baby medal on a 13 inch stainless steel gold plated chain. The pendant features decorative detailing on the border and in the center the figure of Mary is depicted surrounded by the words, "O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee." On the back of the medal in a brushed finish is the letter M, representing Mary, surmounted by a cross representing the sacrifice of Jesus, and surrounded by twelve stars that represent the twelve apostles. Includes an elegant deluxe velour baby jewelry box with white truffle lining.
